If you are interviewed by phone for your target job, email a professional photo of yourself to your interviewers, if you feel comfortable doing so.
By providing your photo to your interviewers, you will make a vivid impression on them. By contrast, your competitors will only be known to your interviewers as body-less (and forgettable) voices. Remember: Your photo should be businesslike; no casual or suggestive clothing or settings.

This is a great idea! I’ve been on conference calls where we all had everyone’s photo for this reason, but never thought about doing it for a job interview!
